1. What is a digital PDF sewing pattern? A digital sewing pattern is a downloadable PDF file that contains the pattern pieces and detailed sewing instructions. Once purchased, you can instantly download it to your computer or device and print it at home. No waiting for shipping!
2. How do I purchase and download my pattern? After completing your purchase on our store, you will receive an email with a download link (Please check your inbox and spam folders for an email from info@anhoiiiii.com). You can also access your files anytime by logging into your account → Orders → clicking Download Files. Downloads are available immediately.
3. How long do I have to download my files? Your download link will remain active for 90 days from the date of purchase (or as shown in your order). We recommend downloading and saving the files to your computer right away.
4. Can I download my pattern more than once? Yes. You can download your files multiple times within the 90-day window. For your convenience, we allow several downloads per order.
5. Do you offer refunds on digital patterns? This is a digital download product. Due to the instant delivery nature of digital files, no refunds or exchanges are available once the file has been downloaded. You are eligible for a refund only in these cases:
a) You have not yet downloaded the file.
b) You accidentally purchased the item more than once (duplicate purchase). To request a refund, contact me within 7 days of purchase with your order number and a clear description of the issue. Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, inability to open the file, or lack of suitable software.
6. Is this pattern suitable for beginners? Each pattern include simple shapes, clear written instructions, and video tutorial.
7. What files are included with each pattern? Every pattern includes:
- Detailed illustrated instructions (in English)
- Print-at-home PDF (A4 or Letter size)
- A0 / Copyshop (large format) files
- Size chart so you can print correct size
8. How do I print the pattern correctly? Open the PDF in Adobe Reader (free). Go to Print → select 100% scale (do not choose “Fit to Page”). Print the first page (test square) and measure it to confirm it’s correct before printing the rest.
9. Why isn’t my pattern printing at the correct size? This usually happens when “Fit to Page”, “Scale”, or “Shrink to Fit” is selected. Make sure you print at 100% Size. Also try a different PDF viewer (Adobe Reader is recommended).
10. Can I print only my size? Yes! Select your size in the Size chart and click on the link to open the PDF file.
11. Do you provide A0 / copyshop files? Yes. Every pattern includes A0 (large format) files so you can take them to a local print shop or use an online copyshop service and avoid taping many pages together.
12. How do I assemble the print-at-home pages? Print the pages, cut along the borders (or overlap), and tape them together matching the numbers and letters. We include clear assembly diagrams in the instructions.
13. How do I choose the right size? Please refer to the Size Chart in the product description or instructions. We strongly recommend taking your own body measurements and comparing them to our chart (not ready-to-wear sizes).
14. Do your patterns include seam allowances? Yes. All patterns include 1.5 cm (5/8 inch) seam allowances unless otherwise stated in the pattern notes.
15. Are your patterns tested? Yes. All our patterns are thoroughly tested by multiple sewists of different skill levels and body types before release.
16. Can I sell items made from your patterns? Our patterns are for personal/home use only. You may not mass-produce or sell garments made using our patterns without prior written permission. Small-scale handmade sales (limited quantities) may be allowed — please contact us for details.
17. What fabric do you recommend for this pattern? Fabric recommendations (type, weight, and stretch percentage) are listed on every product page and in the instructions. We always suggest suitable fabrics for the best result.
18. How much fabric do I need? Fabric requirements for all sizes are clearly listed in the pattern instructions and on the product page. Requirements are given for both 150 cm (60") and 115 cm (45") wide fabrics.
19. I’m having trouble downloading, opening, or printing my pattern. What should I do? First, try using a different browser or device. Make sure you have the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you’re still having issues, please contact us via email with your order number and a description of the problem. We usually reply within 12 hours.
20. Can I use the pattern on my tablet, phone, or with a projector? Yes. Many customers import the PDF into apps like Adobe Acrobat, GoodNotes, or projector software. The layered PDFs work especially well for projectors.
