Refund policy

This is a digital download product. Due to the instant delivery nature of digital files, no refunds or exchanges are available once the file has been downloaded. You are eligible for a refund only in these cases:

a) You have not yet downloaded the file.
b) You accidentally purchased the item more than once (duplicate purchase). To request a refund, message me within 7 days of purchase with your order number and a clear description of the issue. Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, inability to open the file, or lack of suitable software.
